FOR THE 3 GORGES DAM IN CHINA
Within the hydropower sector, Gometegui has manufactured several turbine rotors for the Three Gorges Dam, located in China on the Yangtze River.
This hydroelectric plant is the largest in the world in extension and installed capacity.
PROVIDED SOLUTIONS:
Gometegui has large experience in the manufacture of components for hydroelectric power generation.
On that occasion, the Company was in charge of constructing ten rotors for the turbines installed in the Three Gorges dam.
