Gometegui has manufactured the structure for the dome of the ATST - Daniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope, the largest of its kind to date. This telescope was installed on the island of Maui, in Hawaii (USA).
This project was designed by the Basque engineering company IDOM, who entrusted Gometegui with its manufacture.
